It's always the same from Trump and his minions (see also Rudy Giuliani, Mike Lindell, Kari Lake, John Eastman, et al). Whine, cry and complain (and spend a lot of money on lawyers) because they aren't able to force other people to do what they like. It's getting very tiresome and very old and now Elon Musk has joined the bandwagon.
Good for Judge Breyer in CA. The bit about the Media Matters suit fascinates me. Have you done a more thorough recent analysis of that suit somewhere? What are the grounds for jurisdiction and venue in Texas? Isn't Musk's claim that MM somehow "manipulated" his algorithm exactly what would happen to anyone who reads Neo Nazi sites but also, say, buys books from Amazon? How is the judge treating this allegation?
It seems to me that our courts are "stuffed" with lawsuits that take up a lot of our court time and public money-Who is paying for the judges and all other staff that are "combing " through all these semantics? How much of our public court cases although important -take away from crimes of another nature? Is this a right wing ploy to keeping attention on them and less on what is actually should be accomplished in the court system.....protection of rights, not making money off of hate..
CCDH: X provides ads appearing next to neo-Nazi content on the site.
MEDIA MATTERS: X provides ads appearing next to neo-Nazi content on the site.
MUSK: the media are biased against the Conservative agenda.
Excellent!
This was the reason for Twitter acquisition; to stifle speech (of the Blue type).

Is there any way that Media Matters can file a SLAAP suit against Musk in another state?

Hasn't Congress passed a bill outlawing "judge shopping" yet?
