Sorry I'm being dense but why is this a “why can’t they both lose?” situation? Why do we want the Brazilian government to lose? Or is it someone else who is supposed to lose?

We shouldn't tolerate speech that is an existential threat to free speech itself.

We all understand censorship is a slippery slope but we also have seen how allowing the agitator radicals on either side to rant about ruling the people instead of representing them on these new megaphones of the 21st century is detrimental to our overall freedoms. The Guardian just noted a recent study predicting Musk will be a Trillionaire by 2027 if the US government lets him. The bulk of his wealth hinges on government contracts. WTF? Is the US government as sleepy as Biden? Are the MAGAs that reactionary? Where is SEC and FTC?

Xitter or any broadcast system shouldn’t be allowed to amplify one persons speech as if it were millions speaking.
