Trump is a traitor to the United States. Russia is waging war on the US every day in terms of attacking our infrastructure, and sowing disinformation. To ally with an enemy who will continue to attack us defies belief. I have been saying from day one, Project 2025, and the incoming administration are a formula for turning the US into a third world country.

Things will not be improved with Elon Musk owning TikTok to have 2 platforms to sow disinformation and destroy democracy.

DT got 49% of the votes of people who voted. Remember that 93 mil eligible voters did not vote. Still, if we look at the price of eggs as the only issue most Trump voters can understand, and anything more complex is beyond their ken, plus the White Power Movement sees him as the vehicle for the goals, and the Christian Nationalists are told to vote for him by their pastors. The former prime minister of Canada urged Canada to convene a meeting of leaders to form a plan to fight back against trump and his threats to democracies around the world. I am hoping that the still sane and free world will unite to stop trump's war on democracy.

The media doesn’t give enough attention to the disruption Putin is causing to democracies world wide or to the pathetic state of his economy. Republicans should be getting pressured to explain why they have a man on a pedestal who can’t even manage his own economy and has a pathetic military. Ditto for Orban who depends on billions in subsidies from the EU. It’s the US that has the world’s best economy and military so why are Republicans pandering to Putin, Xi and — even more bizarre — Kim Jung Un?
