It is really scary, that whatever Trump does, have done or says, the MSM and his followers seem to accept it. He should be a clear loser in this election but instead could end up winning. Where is the solidarity with all the women he has sexually assaulted?

Thank you, Noah for another brilliant article of real importance.

It is difficult to imagine how a woman, or a father with daughters, could support such a misogynist. That is, until I made an investment of understanding human cognitive biases. For example, Dunning-Kruger, where a small amount of knowledge and understanding, makes us an expert, is fully on display. Sigh. If only our education system included more emphasis on understanding the self rather than knowing that the capital of North Dakota is Bismarck. Yet, I am not so naive to believe that those in power who prefer subjugation of others are quite happy with what is happening.

Trump HAS a daughter—he wants to fuck her!

He's said as much in public....

Oddly enough, you know who has been doing the work? Consistently? It’s People Magazine. They did a big story on Project 2025 and how bad it would be for the country. And yes, they have published stories about Trump’s assaults on women. Maybe that’s better than The NY Times? They certainly have a bigger (and broader) audience. Go, People.

I no longer subscribe to the NYT because they are not handling the election in which one of the candidates is a fascist, with the appropriate gravitas. So, go People. I am reading Project 2025 in a Democrats Abroad book club.

Sadly, the media doesn't need an excuse to dismiss and ignore Trump’s scandals and vileness. Its their SOP. What is clear is that it doesn't matter to them.

And let’s not forget the credible Peeping Tom complaints about Trump and the underage contestants at his Miss Universe contest.

Check this infographic for how Trump and his associates (including Steven Bannon, Brett Kavanaugh and Sean Hannity) have cases of abuse. "Trump’s Proven Abuse: Mapping How His Associates Treat Women"

I am starting to get curious about Trump’s father’s history.

How did Trump’s same gender role model treat women?

Thanks for this update and encouragement not to forget.

If law enforcement and the MSM don’t do anything about Trump’s sexual assault of women what can the public do? Of course we have our vote against this vile human but else can we do!

Keep repeating the story, no other choice. In this way we, the public show solidarity.

I agree—unfortunately, the Corporate Media seems to think their tax breaks...I mean "balance" is more important!

Imbalance, and lack of gravitas is more like it. I hope they all go under. Independent media like the Guardian To whom I donate, and Substacks are the way to go.

Do you think all these revelations: fascist, sexual offender will help? Why are they so late? It seems like these people (Woodward, for instance) were timing it.

Woodward and Kelly were timing it with the release of their books to sell them. Let us assume they will take their profits to buy a home in another country, and keep that information on the down low, just in case they need to go.

I said who is fit with my vote, which the Chicago Board of Elections has told me has been in since October 11. My daughter, whose vote was mailed from abroad by me at the same post office at the same time to the same place's vote arrived at the Chicago Board of Elections on October 16. We are both members of Democrats Abroad, which has become both a political action group,a political support group and a social group for me while living in an EU counrty.

Donald Trump is unfit and Kamala Harris is highly fit to be president. However this is not an election about fitness, it is an election about tribes. There are several tribes that Trump has captivated, and they are under his spell. One would be the tribe of Christian Nationalists, who are looking at Trump to provide them with what they need to get their end of days glory. For those who are New Apostolic Reformers, a newer branch of Charismatic Christians to which it is thought Mike Johnson belongs, they need everyone on the planet to behave in a certain way, by their ideas of Godly behavior, in order for God to return and take them to heaven. . They don't give a damn about the Constitution because they only follow their religious laws. Our Supreme court is filled with CNs, except for the 3 women who vote with the Constitution. Then there are the White Power Militias. They follow Trump because they see him as allowing them to rid this nation and this planet of non-White, non-Christian (by their definition), non-Cis-gendered, people, so they can have their male dominated White Power global nation state. They want to overthrow the constitution and put their own White Power constitution in place. Then, there are the super wealthy who see Trump as a means to avoid paying taxes, and avoid interference with their business practices however much they may screw the rest of the country. They don't care about the constitution just money and the power it allows them to buy.

There is overlap with all of these groups. The corporate media is owned by the latter group, and is one of the things we should claw back after winning this election. I have friends who still subscribe to the NYT and WaPo, and LA Times, but I quit them when I felt they were not covering this election with the appropriate gravitas. Instead, I donate to the Guardian, which has both European and US versions of news each day, and since I live between the US and the EU, it is perfect for me.
